Capacity to Deliver (C2D) - Project Evaluation

Between May 2004 and December 2006 Makesfive led and managed a highly successful European Social Fund (ESF) project to help all ESF projects of LSC Gloucestershire to deliver effectively. It was centred on developing project management, and quality assurance capability. The project ran workshops and provided one-to-one support in both areas. Project management support was provided by Makesfive ltd, and quality assurance by Zennor Consulting ltd as sub-contractor.
