| We
set up our consultancy 15 years ago and during that
time have provided valuable services to clients that
they keep telling us they rate highly.
So
what do we do and how do we make a difference?
From
the start we have tried to be a "learning
organisation" - especially where our
clients' needs are concerned. Based on what they
have told us they want, what they need, and what
they value about us, we've sought over the years
to respond with suitable and effective services.
So we seek to emulate Peter Senge's "...organizations
where people continually expand their capacity
to create the results they truly desire, where
new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured,
where collective aspiration is set free, and where
people are continually learning to see the whole
together" (The Fifth Discipline (1990)).
And
we've distilled this into three main areas:
- What
we help our clients to achieve
- How
we help them achieve it
- What
values underpin what we do.
