Listening and responding - putting client needs first

Makesfive puts theory into practice by working with others to ensure that you, the client, gets the results you're seeking.

We don't believe in off-the-shelf solutions, however supplier-convenient they may be.

We treat every new assignment and every client as, well, new. And that means tailoring our services and solutions individually.

That often means a 'more of this...less of that...new of the other'. To deliver this we've had to think hard about breadth, depth and capacity.

And in times of great change - and immense challenge (the current economic climate in 2009 being illustrative) - we've found that working flexibly both alone and with other individuals/ organisations helps us to respond most effectively.

That’s why at Makesfive we have developed alliances with other experts who provide complementary and additional services.

Educe ltd

Makesfive and Educe have worked together for over 10 years.  From the innovative Kent Partners Skills Programme of the '90s, through national research and evaluations, skills development projects and support for regional development agencies and third sector organisations we have worked at national, regional & local level. And continue to do so.

Delta Partnership- Enabling better public services

Makesfive and Delta Partnership have developed their relationship over the past eight years, following a chance meeting in Paris. We quickly understood we had common ground in our values and approach to client support and have maintained a shared approach to developing strategy over that time.

Delta Partnership is an international management consulting company which has worked extensively overseas. Currently Makesfive and Delta are developing ways to support UK clients, especially with the major developments in support to citizens by local council-led partnership initiatives (e.g. Local Strategic Partnerships, and Comprehensive Area Assessment).
